These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 09 bet ("the Operator", "we", "us", "our"). Use of the 09 bet website, mobile platform, or any related service constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 09 bet platform. The platform is operated for entertainment purposes only and is strictly for adults aged 18 and above.
18+ Age Requirement
All players must be 18 years of age or older to register and use 09 bet. Age verification via a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) is mandatory before withdrawals are processed.
BDT-Only Transactions

One Account Per Player

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of 09 bet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's licensing authority. The English language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative version in all cases.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 09 bet platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or place wagers on this platform. Age verification is mandatory. - You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of the Operator, nor a close family member of any such person.

Identity Verification (KYC)
09 bet applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to submit the following documents via the account verification section:
- Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), showing your full name, date of birth, and NID number.
- Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation showing that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used to deposit is registered in your name.
- Additional Documentation: The Operator reserves the right to request additional documents (such as a utility bill or bank statement) where the verification process requires further confirmation of identity or address.
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request being made may result in the withdrawal request being declined and the associated funds being returned to the player's 09 bet wallet. The Operator will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Section 3
Account Registration & Security
Registration on 09 bet is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals. By submitting a registration form on the platform, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false registration information — including using another person's name, identity document, or payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
One Account Policy
Each eligible player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 09 bet. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where the Operator detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided, and the Operator reserves the right to close all accounts and retain balances pending investigation.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account access with any third party for any reason. The Operator will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings where available.
- Never share your 09 bet password with any person, including customer support agents. Legitimate 09 bet support staff will never ask for your password.
- Log out of your account on any shared or public device after each session.
- Notify 09 bet support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Account Information Updates
It is your responsibility to keep your registered account information current and accurate at all times. If your mobile number, email address, or payment method details change, update your account settings promptly. Outdated contact information may result in delayed or failed withdrawal processing and may affect your ability to receive important account communications from the Operator.
Official Communications
All official communications from 09 bet will originate from the domain @09-bet.im. The Operator will never contact you via WhatsApp, Telegram, or third-party social media to request your password, payment details, or personal information. If you receive such a message, do not respond and report it to [email protected] immediately.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the 09 bet platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges are applied by the Operator to standard deposits or withdrawals.
Accepted Payment Methods
09 bet currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. The Operator will not process transactions to or from payment accounts belonging to third parties. If a deposit is received from an unverified or third-party payment source, it may be held pending verification and returned if the source cannot be confirmed.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 09 bet wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
- Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to be credited depending on the originating bank's processing times.
- The Operator does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are not controlled by 09 bet.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your 09 bet wallet. Contact [email protected] promptly if you believe an error has occurred.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is within 5–30 minutes for mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) once the request has been approved by the Operator.
- The Operator reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by the fraud detection system. Such checks may extend processing times by up to 48 hours.
- Withdrawals cannot be processed to accounts other than those verified under the player's own KYC documentation.
- Cash balances (excluding active Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) are available for withdrawal at any time. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been fulfilled in full.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
09 bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players across Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are communicated clearly in English at the time each offer is presented. Acceptance of any bonus constitutes your agreement to the specific terms applicable to that offer.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. The Operator reserves the right to determine eligibility for any specific promotion at its sole discretion.
- Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each offer. Bonus Funds that remain subject to outstanding wagering requirements at the expiry of the offer period will be forfeited automatically.
- The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, any qualifying activity completed up to the point of withdrawal will be honoured.
- Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, multiple account registration, or abuse of promotional terms will be voided in full. Any winnings generated from fraudulently obtained bonuses will also be forfeited.
- Seasonal promotions aligned with Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day are subject to the same general bonus conditions as standard promotions unless specific overriding terms are published for that event.
Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements (also known as playthrough requirements) specify the total value of wagers that must be placed before Bonus Funds can be converted to Cash Balance and made available for withdrawal. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a ৳1,000 bonus means that ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers must be placed before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
- Wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds only, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports wagers may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Minimum odds requirements may apply to sports wagers counting toward wagering requirements. Fixed odds bets placed below the minimum stated odds threshold will not count toward playthrough.
- The Operator reserves the right to apply reasonable maximum bet limits during active wagering requirement periods. Placing wagers above the stated maximum bet while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings.

The general bonus conditions described in this section apply as a baseline. Every individual promotion on 09 bet has its own specific terms — including wagering multiplier, minimum deposit, eligible games, and expiry date — that supplement and in some cases override these general conditions. Always read the full terms of each offer before opting in.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on 09 bet is subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as the specific rules applicable to each individual product, game, or sporting event. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall take precedence.
Sports Betting
- All sports wagers are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation; the odds applicable to your bet are those accepted and confirmed in your bet receipt.
- In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at the Operator's discretion, including for integrity, technical, or data feed reasons.
- Wagers on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be settled as void (stake returned) unless the event restarts and is completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time.
- Cricket wagers — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are settled in accordance with the applicable cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.
- The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a data feed malfunction, human error, or system fault. Players will be notified of any voided bets and their stakes will be returned.
Casino & Live Casino
- All casino games available on 09 bet use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are independent, fair, and cannot be influenced by the Operator or by the player.
- Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studios. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the Operator's server logs will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round. The Operator's determination is final.
- The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is available within the game's information panel. RTPs represent a long-run statistical average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
- Maximum win limits may apply to individual games or game categories. Where a maximum win limit is in place, it is stated within the relevant game's terms and information panel.
Minimum & Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits for all betting products are displayed within the relevant section of the platform at the time of placing a wager. Stake limits may vary by game, market, event, and player account tier. The Operator reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including suspected advantage play or fraud.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09 bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets and withdrawals, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud the Operator, including chargebacks, false dispute claims, exploitation of payment processing errors, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Multiple Account Registration: Registering more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account-level limits.
- Bonus Abuse: Any systematic or coordinated activity designed to exploit bonus terms, including but not limited to matched betting strategies using 09 bet promotions, coordinated wagering among multiple accounts, and bonus stacking in violation of stated terms.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, poker hand, or sports wager. This includes chip dumping, match-fixing participation, or sharing of insider information.
- Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other non-human mechanism to place wagers, interact with the platform, or gain any form of unfair advantage over other players or the Operator.
- Money Laundering: Using the 09 bet platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. The Operator maintains full AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under the age of 18, or providing false age or identity information during the registration or KYC process.
- Impersonation: Registering an account or placing wagers using another person's identity, payment method, or personal details.
- Interference with Platform Integrity: Attempting to interfere with the normal operation of the platform, including through denial-of-service attacks, reverse engineering, data scraping, or any other technical manipulation.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where the Operator determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct, the Operator reserves the right to void all associated wagers, cancel all pending withdrawals, forfeit the entire account balance, permanently close the account, and share relevant information with gaming regulators, law enforcement agencies, and other operators as permitted by applicable law and the Operator's privacy policy.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Either the Player or the Operator may initiate the closure of a 09 bet account. The conditions and consequences applicable to each type of closure are set out below.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your 09 bet account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before submitting a closure request, please note the following:
- Any Cash Balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met.
- Active Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. They cannot be withdrawn without completing the associated wagering requirements first.
- If you are requesting account closure due to concerns about your gambling behaviour, the Operator strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings instead of, or in addition to, a standard closure request. - Closed accounts cannot be reopened within 30 days of closure. After 30 days, you may submit a reopening request to [email protected], which will be subject to standard KYC re-verification.
Operator-Initiated Suspension or Closure
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
- Duplicate account detection.
- Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account restriction or closure.
Where an account is closed by the Operator due to a verified breach of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in whole or in part as restitution for losses or costs incurred. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds will be held and not forfeited until the investigation is concluded.
Amendments to These Terms
09 bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.
